These are mostly passing thoughts about myself, my life or how I'm feeling. I have an eating disorder and I talk about the process of my recovery here often. Sometimes it's not so recovery oriented at all. Personal details of the root issues have been left out, but this journal marks the journey and how I am doing with related feelings and behaviors. There have been past sections that are sometimes recovery oriented and sometimes not; I refuse to delete those. I am not always rational, but some can understand.
